The Education Authority is delighted to announce the launch of the REACH Programme which will provide youth work support for the emotional health and wellbeing of pupils within schools across Northern Ireland.

Today, it was announced that Belfast has won the bid to host One Young World in 2023, a global summit that brings together over 2000 young leaders from over 190 countries with the aim of tackling some of the most pressing issues of our time.

The non-invasive saliva-based LAMP (Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification) test is designed to find asymptomatic and pre-symptomatic cases so they can be isolated, along with their contacts, as quickly as possible, therefore reducing the risk of transmission of Covid-19 in schools.
