EA ONE

The EA is implementing a single and integrated Finance, Procurement, Recruitment, HR and Payroll system – EA One – which will make processes more efficient, enhance end user experience and deliver improved reporting capabilities.

The Finance, Procurement and Recruitment system is already live and the EA is focused on supporting schools and corporate staff as we launch the next phase - the implementation of the HR and Payroll system in the Academic Year 2021/22.

This will include the introduction of a new digital timecard and HR Self-Service for Employees and Managers.

EA One will impact all EA Corporate Staff, non-Teaching schools staff paid by the Education Authority, and Teaching staff paid by the Department of Education Teacher Pay Team.
