Transport: Road Safety Appeal

I wish to appeal on the grounds that the qualifying route measured is unavailable due to exceptional road safety hazards.

This form cannot be used for Nearest Suitable School, Distance or Exceptional Circumstances Appeals.

Be advised that as per the Education Authority’s Appeals Guidelines; only one appeal can be submitted in respect of each route (section of route), therefore please ensure that you have provided ALL relevant details. The decision made by the Authority is final.

Information on the sections of the journey that will not normally be considered and timeframes are available on the website.

It would be very useful (though not essential) if you provided supporting documentation i.e. photographs, map, road works information, PSNI accident reports so please have these to hand before you start to complete the application.
