Transport: Exceptional Circumstances Appeal

I wish to appeal on the grounds of Exceptional Circumstances.

PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST HAVE THE REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION AVAILABLE TO UPLOAD WITH THIS APPEAL APPLICATION OTHERWISE YOUR APPEAL WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED.

Be advised that as per the Education Authority’s Appeals Guidelines; only one Appeal Application can be submitted in respect of each case, therefore please ensure that you have provided ALL relevant details and provided as much supporting documentation as is available to you.  The decision made by the Authority is final.

This form cannot be used for Nearest Suitable School, Road Safety or Distance appeals.
