Support for Schools Term One 2021/2022

Confirmed Cases

If a confirmed case of COVID-19 is reported within the school community (pupils or staff), the Public Health Agency (PHA) must be contacted as detailed in the Schools Operational Guidance Document available in C2K Exchange.

Covid Operational Helpdesk

The EA Covid Operational Helpdesk (COH), is operational via email only and will provide information via email for each service listed.

The purpose of the COH is to respond to COVID related queries.

Operational hours for the email accounts are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
