Parental payments will commence in January 2021.
There is only one payment run per month that processes payment to your bank account on either the 3rd or the 4th Friday of the month.
If you have submitted your claim within the first 5 working days of the month, you will receive payment by the end of that same month. Otherwise, payment will not be received until the following month.
Our accounts team will send you a payment (remittance) advice notice via the email address provided once payment has been processed.
